  • No appointment is required—walk-ups are always welcome! However, if you book your service online ahead of time, you’ll receive priority access, which can help reduce your wait time.

  • No, you don’t! Our team of trained staff and volunteers will handle everything for you—from washing to folding and packing your clothes with care. All you have to do is drop them off and we’ll take it from there.

  • We offer a pay-what-you-can model. That means you’re invited to contribute if you're able—but you’ll never be turned away if you can’t pay.

    Cost should never be a barrier. We believe that everyone deserves dignity, and giving back—when possible—is simply a way to invest in yourself and your community.

  • Just bring yourself and the clothes you’d like washed. We’ll provide everything else, including soap, shampoo, fresh towels, and personal care items.

  • Absolutely. If both services are available at your location, we encourage you to use them together—we're here to meet your needs in one stop.

  • Laundry typically takes about 60-70 minutes from start to finish. You’re welcome to stay and relax while you wait, or drop off your laundry and return later.

    We’ll notify you when your items are clean, folded, and ready for pick-up—making it even easier for you to go about your day.

  • We currently serve specific neighborhoods. To see if we’re in your area, you can book online and enter your address. If we’re nearby, you’ll be able to select a time.

    Please note: Not all communities are currently served.

  • Yes, to make sure we can serve as many families as possible, we limit laundry to 2 loads per household per visit, with each load weighing up to 13 pounds.

  • Yes! In select areas, families can sign up for a monthly membership rate that includes multiple services. Ask our team if this option is available where you live.

  • We use hypoallergenic laundry detergent that’s gentle on sensitive skin and safe for all ages.

  • We have bilingual staff available to help you through the process and make sure your needs are understood and met with care.
